On the occasion of my glider solo, I'd like to say I sure appreciate the help that got me to this point, which is the effort from every angle that everyone puts in to our club. It's a better feeling to fly this way than simply as a customer at an FBO, and having flown in some USAF "aero clubs," I can say NCSA has shown me what a real flying club is -it's deeper than a term for shared airplanes.
We know how good it is to be up in the air; I'd say half of that enjoyment is knowing you have encouragement and friends waiting for you back at the end of the strip! Eric Nelson
